new info on shrinking pics (must read for spriter)

you can download this microsoft word picture thing that lets you shrink the picture down to specific sizes like 64 by 64 and it will look the exact same but i can't get it on my comp (not enough space) in witch case if someone get's it i might ask you to do so for me if you would please. (btw, i noticed everyone is talking about ip adress and some guy named regicolor, first of all im not whoever this guy is i explained how i came up with that name,second whatever he did im sure he would be sorry i believe everyone should be forgiven at some point,third whats an ip) btw sorry im not really good at typing things right

I'm just off to bedd, but b4 that, i'll give u a summary. Regi was a friend of ours, an integral part of our community. anyway, over a week or so, he said he was feeling sick, then really sick, then he went to the doctor and he was given a 2 week prognosis. Now, this thread was first sympathetic, we were all upset. However, he then started talking BS, and a post was made by his brother, apparently, just 5 mins after he passed away. here is the thread, you can gauge the fail meter on this:

Heh, I'm pretty sure regi regrets what he did alright, but none of us are ever going to forgive what he did, and an ip is (Internet Protocol I believe) basically every comeputer that goes on the internet gets an ip from from there ISP (Internet Service Provider) it's different for every computer.

(if u didnt understand what D87 said about ip's its basically a fingerprint, and each and every comoputer has one of their own, that is different. kinda like people in jail heheh, sry 87, but urs sounded to technical, and i had the sudden urge to summarize it even further >

rep as in reputation like if you do something good and people like youw work they can give you +! rep only allowed to up rep by 1 though

Yep, except on here it's called Karma. If you like under where someone's avatar is you'll see something that says Karma. Exalt = +1 Karma, Smite = -1 Karma.
