*pats jerez on back* i know what u mean. Just plz make sure that if u read any more, dont read lots at once, and make sure it's not just before u sleep, as that is when ur mind is more suseptable to new thoughts. Ensure that u have something happy to do after reading.
Real-life: little anecdote here (no lies), i was influenced today to listen over the original lavender town theme, so i got on to youtube, and half way through the vid, i noticed...there was a small tear down my cheek. I cant explain it, but i subsequently closed the window. Because my dad makes music, i think i'll ask him to look over the song in depth, to see if there is anything there.
I dont expect there will be, it's probably the nostalgia from hearing something so predominant in my childhood again. Still, be interesting to see what comes up...

Hah, I didn't get scared at any of these, i actually found them quite funny.
Like in "come follow me" when he's being attacked by the ghost children, I'm just like "AHA! HE'S GETTING OWNT!!!" "NOW HE SHOT HIMSELF!!! NARBLETT!"
Try reading these with the lavender town music playing, at night time, with no lights on. It makes it so much less scary :3 jokes

I would say a thorough investigation of Lavender Town is a good idea, but there seems to be a logical gap :/ the original theme song would have not been on a system advanced enough to really put anything sneaky in. However, there is a part of the Lavender Town original theme that only people between 12-19 can hear. Dunno if you guys know about that ear stuff, but kids can usually hear high-pitched noises much better than adults. Part of the Lavender Town theme falls within that range, making several of the high pitched notes intentionally inaudible to adults. Other than that, I do not see anything scandalous. It's just creepy music :/ EDIT: Here's a video: www.youtube.com/watch?v=fZOd_gFld9cThe high pitched parts come in at around 0:28 and again at 2:30

Goog call nekoaa, i was just bout to look up theoriginal japanese version...
Weird... When those ultrahigh frequency (above adult hearing eg 20000+Hz) parts came in, my brain felt like is was being... Idunno, "held" , or something. I wonder if the UHF parts were organised into a subliminal message, maybe justto add to the "creepyness" factor...

Yeah Neko we actualy did a test with the high pitched thing the other night. There were 3 adults in their late 40s A 19 year old, a 14 year old (me) and a 12 year old (my sis) The highest pitch I could just hear but my sister couldn't...I'm figuring midteens you have a peak in hearing...too scared to check it out though.
