Oh yeah, this is the game to play if you have a wii motion plus. A nice new storyline (with the exception of zelda being captured) that really gets you into it. The graphics are nice and, even the controls feel great. You are the sword, i mean come on! C:

I've still to play it, however, i'm not particularly liking the story from reading it through (i havent read all the way to the end, only the main points, so if there's a plot twist near the end i'll still be surprised x3) *mod face* Try keep this thread free of major spoilers guys *normal face* ^.^ NOTE: The below may contain references to the game, not spoilers, but if you want to know absolutely nothing about the game red no further x3 if this site supported spoiler tags, the below would be put in them x3
To me, it's just undermined years worth of zelda canon and lore, and completely writes off some of the main components of the game =/ i wont say which, but...yeah... Still, its a zelda game, so it cant be bad =3 Just maybe not good to me ^^; I mean, wind waker was slightly comical, perhaps just aiming to cater to the younger audience, which, although i thought that was a bad option, the game was still a good solid release. Twilight princess, and OoT, is the type of zelda game i prefer, a serious story line, sacrifices (the end of TP was probably one of my favourite game endings), and the stylization of them was pretty realistic, compared to the cartoonish toonshading of WW. The style of SS is slightly an odd turn, after the success of TP, i would have thought they would aim for another gritty, serious release, and that was also indicated by the very first poster that nintendo released of SS (it looked very gritty and slightly hellish, with link missing equipment and looking battleworn). But they seemed to try comprimise between that and WW graphics, which made it seem like a childish doodle being hung in a gallery of master artists. However, again, only a personal opinion. And then there's Fi... She is simply worse than Navi. From the "Lets Play" 's i've veiwed, its like she's always on at you, speaking more often than actual gameplay, and when she does speak it's like the dialog is too forced, like nintendo was just sceaming "SHE ISNT HUMAN SO SHE SPEAKS LIKE THIS". If i were link, i'd just throw the sword away near the start of the adventure x3 Also, wtf is with her random dancing...? O.o It's like she's all serious and stuff, and out of no where, she starts spinning around dancing like a child. What the heck, nintendo..? So, yeah, there's some of my thoughts on the game x3 I still wouldnt say for anyone not to buy the game, i would actually encourage people to buy it, especially the die hard Zelda fans, because you arent truly a fan if you just stay away from the parts of the franchise which seem odd. So....buy teh game! X3 I'm going to, despite all of the above Tl;dr, The game is non-canon, but still is a zelda game.
