Can anyone here reccomend a free online 3D fantasy Mmorgp that has more realistic graphics (not cartoony or anime/chibi) I'm really searching hard...I'm considering a game called vindictus and a game called lord of the rings online. I have tried Regnum online, grand fantasia, lost saga, pirates online, and some others I just can't think of 'em right now. Please reccomend!

Club penguin how shameful. I've not yet seen the LOTR movies BUT I do live in New Zealand. I have been to the sets, and I have to have a lord of the rings thing in my name to be a true kiwi. I'm downloading lord of the rings online as we speak...or type...whatever. If it's any good Zendos I'll tell you, we can be buddies and basically work from scratch together

*jawdrop* Never...seen...Lord of the Rings? Your lives are deprived. Go watch the movies and epicness.
As for online games, I usually don't play them, the closest I can think of is like Neopets and Subeta, which are pretty kiddie :/

Indeed. I have actualy seen the first one and half of the second one...but my dad won't let me watch the third one until he watches the other two...but uhh he's at work all the time. I gotta say I'm proud to say my cousin is working on the hobbit (prequel to the LOTR series) right here in good ol' NZ, and if you've seen Narnia the lion witch and wardrobe and James Cameron's Avatar she worked on those too. I know it's off topic but I felt like it was something cool for you guys to know.
EDIT: LOTRO is epic! It's graphics are amazing, loading times are fast, there are 4 races and 9 classes. From the very begining you feel like a legendary hero!

bought mem or runescape a while a go....anyway...it sucks. Zendos, even if you don't like LOTR (I wouldn't know if I do I haven't seen it) I reccomend LOTR online...It's story driven not quest driven, you feel like a hero from the begining and it's instance to general world system is "magical"

Gah, i hate things that feel like your the best at the very start. That was one of the things i liked about runescape. at the start, you know you suck. everyone tells you that. now IM the one saying noobs suck

Good thing about LOTR online = You feel your almighty at the start but you're also away from all the higher level players...in a different world. Noone calls you noob cause in that area, you be in the same boat. Story driven instances are cool too

WoW did you not see that ten year old who got WoW...He now plays it 12 hours + on weekends, 6 hours + on weekdays. I once spent the whole weekend with no sleep playing it, and the next morning he had a seizure. He went to hospital and that afternoon he was back on WoW. His Mother brings him breakfast, lunch and dinner at the computer while he "works" away. WoW is a sad sad thing.

I feel sorry for that kid. Thats why I stopped playing WoW. I don't want to be like him, now I play FPS games like CS, L4D2 etc.

PS? CS? L4D2? Is he like R2-D2's cousin?

Sorry, I shouldn't said the acronym. FPS stands for first person shooter. CS stands for counter strike and l4d2 stands for left 4 dead 2.
